Hi, I'm Sanjoy.
I’m a Conservative campaigner and I’m on the party’s approved parliamentary candidate list. At the 2019 general election, I gained over 18,000 votes in Alyn & Deeside, finishing just 213 votes (0.5%) short of taking this once-safe Labour seat.
In industry, I have more than 25 years' experience as an engineer in a range of sectors, most recently in the clean energy transition. Current interests include the hydrogen economy and the car industry. I have also appeared on TV and radio quizzes, including Only Connect (quarter-final), Mastermind (semi-final).
